RESERVATIONS AND REFUNDS

How can I book an event?
Through the events page (link) you can book an event by choosing by date and location.
Can I request a refund if I cancel my reservation?
You can request a partial refund if you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the event. More info here (refund terms link)
When do I receive a refund in case of cancellation?
It can take up to 2 business weeks to process refunds (link refund terms)
What happens if I cancel the reservation less than 7 days before the event?
In that case you will not be entitled to a refund, but you can surrender the ticket, since it is not nominal (link refund policies)
Is the ticket nominal or can I give it to another person?
The ticket is not nominal, so it is possible to give it to another person.

PRIVATE AND CUSTOMIZED EVENTS

How can I request a private or customized event?
Through the contact section you can email, call or fill out the appropriate form.
What types of private events do you organize?
We organize all kinds of events, from birthdays to team building, bachelorette parties, etc.
Can I hold an event at my accommodation?
Yes, anyone can request the organization of a private event, please contact us at the contact section.

GIFT CARDS AND PRODUCTS

Do gift cards have an expiration date?
Yes, gift cards have an expiration of six months.
Can I return or exchange purchased products?
Yes, within 30 days you can request it by writing to us at the contact section.

ART EXPERIENCE

How long does the experience last?
The experience is two hours long.
What is included in the experience?
Included in the experience are brushes, paints, canvases, guidance from an experienced teacher and two glasses of local wine.
Is the experience also for abstemious people?
Yes, in that case two soft drinks (fruit juices) will be included instead of wine.
Is the experience accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, if you have special needs write to us at the contact section.

You will receive all event details via email.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
You will be notified by email and get a full refund.
